Whether you enjoy great smoked meats, fresh grilled seafood with Brady’s signature sauce or a hand tossed salad, Porkopolis will evolve into something delicious!
This year, let Porkopolis cater your Thanksgiving so you can sit back and relax. We’ll be keeping the smokers pretty full, but we do have limited space. Eight to ten pound turkey breasts are available without the side items. But who can resist homemade garlic mashed potatoes?
